"We had such a great time at brunch thanks to Alexis. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. Our drinks were always refilled, the food came out perfectly, and he checked in often without ever being overbearing. You can tell he really loves what he does and cares about his guests’ experience.
